Hospice generally refers to care for patients with terminal illnesses and end-stages of incurable diseases, so that is probably the reason why those places would not be suitable. I think there will be more advanced rehab facilities in Singapore than JB, which is what mom needs now. Effective rehab can really make a HUGE difference for the long-term outlook. The home care "nurse" will be needed at some point, after she is done with rehab (and I guess no one really knows when that will be yet).
Look forward to seeing everyone, albeit under these trying circumstances.
